Dry Vapor Steam Cleaning is the future of cleaning in that with only a 5% to 6% moisture content, delivered at a very high temperature and without chemicals it is extremely efficient and effective in what it does.

Therma-Steam’s commercial units offer a GREEN alternative, in that they use just plane distilled water with no chemicals.  Our units super-heat water up to (300º to 380ºF – 149º to 194ºC) which effectively cleans and sanitizes almost any surface.  Dry Steams ability to clean and sanitize is primarily based on the high heat of the nano vapors which forcefully expand as they enter the cool surface pores expelling dirt and pathogens.  It is in this area where our units excel.

Therma-Steam systems are growing in popularity because of steam vapor’s ability to kill germs, disinfect and clean without the use of chemical disinfectants and has also been cited as effective in killing dust mites in carpet, bedding, and upholstery.  Additionally, dry steam vapor has shown to be effective for killing bed bugs and their eggs when reaching temperatures of 150-170 degrees, which our units can far exceed.

Therma-Steam units are very efficient because of the extremely hot, dry steam produced, which kills dust mites, mold, viruses and fungi on contact and begins to evaporate almost immediately with the surface usually being dry within 15 minutes or so, which is long before mold can begin to take hold.
